Self Development teachs you to reveal and actualize awareness, power, justice and mercy through your believes, cognitions, relations and actions; if you succeed acknowledge the God, who is the source of all goodness and has given you all these potentials, but if you failed, take the responsibility and correct your self!

What is Self Development?

Self Development is an approach, a view point to see the univers and the existance. From this point of view you can find more practical answers to the questions such as the purpose of creation, the relationship of human being with the God and the relation of human with the univers and other human beings (society).

This approach is based on Islamic Sofi believes and the most recent discoveries of humankind in the fields such as science, philosophy and art. This approach has been established by the most thoughtfull muslim thinkers, such as Maulana Jalaluddin Rumi, Sheikh Fariduddin Attar, and others.

In 20th century Alama Moahamad Iqbal Lahori is the most influencial thinker who linked the basic ideas of this approach with the contemporary scientific and philosophical discoveries of the world.

According to Islamic resources, the God has decided to create the world in order to His hidden potentials be known. These potentials of goodness and lovingkindness are classified in four major parts as:

1. Awareness,

2. Power,

3. Justice,

4. Mercy.

These four concepts make the first principles of self development approach.

Five pillars of Self Development:

Human being is the most mature product of the creation, which take the responsibility of taking part in this duty (of revealing the hidden potentials). The God has given to human kind the free-will and inspired His spirit, and named the human being as His representative in the earth. This means that human beings has the infinit potentials inside theirselves and their main duty in this world is to discover and actualize these potentials all together, in such a way that all these potentials are reflected in their believes, cognitions, relationships and actions.

To harmonize among these potentials and develop them in an integreated way, human beings have to consider in all their life the fact that they are discovering and actualizing the goodness of the God, so worship of God become the fifth characteristics of self development. So the five pillars of self development are:

1. Awareness ,

2. Power,

3. Justice,

4. Mercy,

5. Worship.

If we analyze the personality of individuals or culture of societies, we would find four concepts as the basic elements which are:

1. Believes,

2. Cognitions,

3. Relationships,

4. Actions or behaviors.

Self development is muching the four potentials of God which has been given to us, through the spirit of the God, and make our super-self or the essence of our existance. So when all these potentials revealed through each of the basic elements of personality and culture, the individuals as well as societies experience the most important success of performance and achievement of humanity.

If we put them in a matix, we will see that all of the goodness would come out of this combinations:
